Acceptance of Orders

- Required files have been received.
- Both parties have confirmed the project details.
We reserve the right to decline projects that fall outside our service scope or violate applicable laws.
Client Responsibilities
To ensure smooth project execution, clients agree to:

- Supply high-quality source files whenever possible.
- Ensure they own or have permission to use all submitted images, artwork, logos, and design files.
- Review completed work promptly.
- Notify us of any required revisions within the agreed timeframe.
Incomplete or unclear instructions may affect the final results and delivery schedule.
Pricing and Payments

Delivery timelines depend on:

While we strive to deliver every project on schedule, unexpected technical issues or circumstances beyond our control may occasionally affect delivery times.
Revisions
Customer satisfaction is important to us.
If delivered work does not match the original instructions, clients may request reasonable revisions within the agreed revision period.
Revision requests should clearly identify the required changes.
Additional revisions resulting from new instructions or changes to the original project scope may incur additional charges.
Intellectual Property
Clients retain ownership of all original images, logos, artwork, product photographs, and design materials submitted to us.
Upon full payment, clients receive the edited images prepared according to the agreed project requirements.
E-Retouching India does not claim ownership of client content.
Unless written permission has been granted, we will not publish confidential client work or proprietary designs in our portfolio or promotional materials.
